| Much to the delight of countless thousands over the years, the Women's Guild of Pioneer Presbyterian Church has been gathering in the kitchen to make their delicious peanuts since the 1930s. Although some minor changes have taken place over the years, the incomparable taste remains the same. Once you've tried them, we know you'll agree with those who say: "There's nothing like those Presbyterian 'nuts.'" |
| Although the details of how the peanuts are actually prepared is a closely guarded secret, we can tell you that the process normally begins in the fall of the year, continuing till just before Christmas. Then, in the spring (February & March) a limited period of production is undertaken until all the peanuts are gone. |
